SINTOK: SIGNING JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT CEREMONY

On Thursday 12 September 2024, a group from Kumpulan Ceria was invited to the UUM Holdings Headquarters in Sintok for a Memorandum of Agreement signing session with UUM Leads, a subsidiary of UUM Holdings, at the Azalea Meeting Room.

Representatives for Kumpulan Ceria were attended by Managing Director Prof Hew Moi Lan and Director Ms Hua Ay Lian. The ceremony which started at 12.00 noon was also attended by Mr. Faizul Mamat representing the Chief Executive Officer of the UUM Holdings Group, while Prof. Associate Dr. Mohd Sobri bin Don represents UUM Leads. The mutual agreement is intended for UUM Leads to bring in international students through Kumpulan Ceria for the process of recruiting students for programs at the Advanced Learning Center. Kumpulan Ceria will act as a search and recruitment agent on behalf of UUM Leads.

The ceremony was also attended by Corporate Manager Puan Nasriyah and Project Manager Puan Sharifah Hanina from UUM Holdings. The agreement was finalized with an agreement signing session between the two parties.
